Trouble with eduroam

Hello there! As a uni student, I use eduroam for internet at my campus and in other uni buildings. I noticed that if I try to log onto SSO while on eduroam, I receive a server error and I cannot join the server :( I don't get this error when using any other network. I'm assuming it has to do with it being an online MMO and eduroam having certain restrictions for this. Does anybody else have this error, and perhaps know how to bypass the eduroam restrictions? Thanks!
