Very disappointed with international warranty

2 months and I still don't have my replacement...

My Stanley Cup handle broke and I filed a warranty claim in July, which was very quickly approved. It has been 2 months+ since then, and I still do not have my replacement.

All they keep telling me is that they are "experiencing a system glitch at our fulfillment center that may cause delays" and that "Our technical team is currently fixing the issue of shipping the warranty to overseas countries.Unfortunately, we don't have an estimated date when it will  ship and arrive. "

I am so disappointed at this point as I had read such good stuff about their warranty and I am now looking for an alternative to Stanley.

Anybody else facing the same issue? Any suggestions?
