Advice on VERY excitable Staff
Hi All, My English Staffy, Kobe, is 5 years old. She is the PERFECT dog at home, obedient, great with our kids, everything you could want.
However she is very excitable, always sprinting to bring toys etc and she doesnt get on well with other dogs.
She can be quite aggressive towards other dogs when on walks etc especially with my wife walking her.
Has anyone got any tips on calming her down? We’ve tried anti anxiety medication but i don’t love the idea of drugging her. Also tried “calming” food - nothing seems to work.
She would have the best life, coming to the pub, the beach etc but she just needs to calm down.
Any advice would be appreciated
