Travelling in september with a large group

Hello everyone! I’ll be participating in a soccer tournament in september (19 to 22) in St Johns. We’ll be around 20 persons.

Since we want to be near downtown (going and eating out) and the tounament will be at king george soccer stadium, what and where would be the best hotels/places to stay?

Also, any recommended places to go out? Restaurants? Thanks in advance!!!
