How much faster are YOU during competition vs solo?

Just curious about your own personal experience of training solo vs competition.

I've decided to enter my first meet in 20+ years on March 8th. I know I will run faster racing against competition compared to my solo training, and excited to see how much different it is.

I personally have a hard time boosting my adrenaline and max effort when I'm alone. You know the feeling, of when you really turned on the jets... Wondering eith how different it is for you all as well?
