Spring Project Ideas

I'm a fresher currently, and want to switch back to API development or full stack roles. I have knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, JWT and want to make some medium to advanced level projects and deploy it over to AWS. I have made ecommerce projects in the past, so need some new ideas.
