Is this a fake ?

I came across this card while looking through a recently purchased lot and it just seems to me to be a photocopy of a legit serial numbered card. Looked it up on eBay and the same exact card looked like it sold at an eBay auction for $570 the description stated it was a reprint ? I apologize in advance if this post is kind of dumb, I don’t really know too much about sports cards.
