What’s going on with my spectrum services?

Recently got spectrum again (bought a house!) and they messed up in store by giving us wrong bundle(wrong TV package) so I called sales to fix it. Sales said we’d keep our 1 gig speed still. Now our account shows the wrong internet but chat support says we do have the 1 gig speed, but our account says we do not. Idk if I should kick up a fuss or I’m just overly frustrated already.
