Jiren true strength ending

So ive beaten the final fight and got the absolute strength ending but i just can’t seem to finish the true strength ending.. ive done and tried multiple ways but it keeps going back to the absolute strength ending and ofc im playing in the normal difficulty which unlocks the objectives… any one know how to finish it got any tips?
