Spark taking away tips on pharmacy orders

Second time I've had this happen. Spark dangling a tip out for a pharmacy order then taking it away. Not crossing it out, just not showing up at all like it was never there. Second time it was attached to a shop, part of the tip stayed but the rest went away, NOT crossed out. Anyone else have this happen? Last time I will be taking a pharmacy order.
