Should I get the game? (Steam sale)

Dont laugh, cpu is a intel 15-10400 with a 1660 super 6gb, can I run it? I know I dont have the minimum listed by steam but would I still be able to run it (above 30 fps)? And if not should I still buy it while its on sale and wait to upgrade?

edit: only 8gbs of memory as well..💔
