Rapid Rewards value decreases

Add RR point value decreases to the long list of disappointing changes. A flight in the summer I have booked o/w $178 for 11,750 pts is now still same cash price but costs 13,000 (+11%). At first glance it appears all pt redemptions look to be in round increments of 500 (13.5k, 15k, 19.5k, etc.)
