Samsung TV + Q990C = Dolby Atmos?

I have hooked my Q990C up to my Q60C. There is no stick and therefore, no Passthrough involved.

Is there any way for me to run Dolby Atmos with this rig?

Best what I've been able to achieve so far is on Stremio with a TrueHD.Atmos.7.1 version of a movie. But even that's not Dolby Atmos. Here are the settings and the output that they gave me.

1. HDMI-EARC Mode = Auto Digital Output Audio Format = Auto Output on the Soundbar = Multi Ch PCM

HDMI-EARC Mode = Off Digital Output Audio Format = Auto Output on the Soundbar = Dolby Digital Plus

I don't hear a great deal of difference between Multi Ch PCM and Dolby Digital Plus. Curious to experience what Atmos would sound like. How can I see that sweet 'Dolby Atmos' on my soundbar? Thanks to anyone that's kind enough to help out.
