SF: what’s the deal with Franklin always being fully booked within 5 mins?

I’ve been riding for a month now, and I haven’t been able to get a spot for any of his classes. This past Monday, all of his classes were taken at 12:02🥲

He is lowkey cute so I wonder if that has to do with anything loool
