What Focus Area settings to use for Wildlife/Birding on Sony a6600?

So I recently bought Sony Alpha a6600 and will be making my first wildlife trip to Ranthambore with Sony 200-600. What are the most suitable Focus Area settings to use along with AF-C? The camera offers Animal detection with eye AF.

P.S. The AF tracking focus area gets disabled when Animal detection is on.
