Can Eggman spindash?

Ok, so apparently all animals can spindash, we just saw some of them do it...but what about Eggman?

Since Eggman is fat, technically he should be able to spindash too, he could be like a cannonball!

In fact, Eggman should try fighting against Sonic like that, he should counterattack his spindash with his cannonball attack while Metal Sonic handles the rest
