Am I wrong for card betting? (Bet365)

So I bet LIVE on Granada - Valencia u12.5 cards while it was 3Y 1R for Granada and 3Y 2R for Valencia.

The match finished with 10cards. Ok. I won but the system says "no". I'm confused and I went to the support. This guy has hold me a long time to say to me that it's not about how many cards will be pulled from the ref but how many "Card points" will be counted. (Yellow 1; Red 2; Double Yellow is Y+R so it won't add up as extra points) (it finished 13points💀)

I bet on cards, not on coefficient/card points. I think it's misleading.

I checked the rules and it stated and for me is BS.

What do you think?
