Limited from betfair - Whats the next step

Today i got an email from betfair saying that they after "much" consideration they had decided to deny me their "bonusses" as they phrased it. I was perplexed as it didnt include any sort of evidence of this "breach"

Quickly got on my account and realised i had been limited on everything to obscurity. (max of 20 euro bets mostly)

i've been betting for 4-5 years and the last 2 months i have probably made about roughly 2500 euros on the Betfair Sportsbook abusing their lines on markets such as corners and cards. I can only assume that this is why they pulled the trigger.

I could continue on the Exchange but they dont really offer the variety of options that im looking for - so i was wondering if anyone else has been in this situation or something similar? And what did you eventually end up doing?
