Account merging

So I recently got a switch and downloaded smite i hadnt played smite for a while so i made a new account and purchased a few gems and got the battle pass and then found out that there is account merging for the switch and pc. Technically they have different usernames and passwords so i went and signed in to my old account but now i dont have the new stuff i just bought is there anyway to fix this and merge them together or did i just screw myself over?
