[CA] Opinions on Zensurance for business insurance? Looking for real reviews...

Anyone in Canada got a small business insurance policy through Zensurance.com? If yes, what was your experience like and are you happy with the service?

If you have, I'd really appreciate your personal review. Was it smooth sailing to get a custom policy? Any hidden fees or hiccups along the way? Are you actually happy with the coverage and service they provide?

I was originally thinking of sticking with one of the big five banks (you know, the usual suspects for insurance), but I’ve stumbled upon some pretty solid reviews for Zensurance online (their Google Maps profile shows 4.8/5 stars out of 4,100 reviews which is kind of impressive if you ask me). Now I’m kinda curious if it lives up to the hype.

A little context: I run a tiny IT business, mostly working from home, and I only have one employee. So, it’s nothing massive, just a small operation. I’m not sure if Zensurance is more geared towards brick-and-mortar businesses or if they’re also good with covering smaller, home-based setups like mine.
