Skin tint/tinted moisturizer recommendations

Hi everyone!
I am searching for a new skin tint or tinted moisturizer that offers medium coverage but does not feel like makeup.

I have textured skin, mostly around my chin, and I get dry spots. I was using the it cosmetic cc cream, but I do really love the way it sits on my skin. I mainly want something new to cover my texture/breakouts if I have them!

Also, if anyone has any recommendations for a good concealer for spot coverage, that would be amazing as well.
