Unknown black, blood spot

For around 4 months I've had this black looking spot that I've had previously, from my past experience it gushes out blood whenever it is popped and so I have left this one to see if it would pass but it hasn't.

It has only gotten worse and I am unsure of what to do or what has happened.

If anyone knows what to do please tell me and identify what it is I have. Thanks
