[Acne] Am I doomed to have hormonal blackheads forever?

I have mostly dry/combo skin. I really don't have many complaints about my skin, I feel lucky in that way! BUT I cannot get rid of these oily uneven blackheads near the corners of my mouth and chin. 😩 Absolutely nothing seems to help with these even if the rest of my skin responds well to my skincare products. Should I just accept I will never attain the glass skin I've been working for?
