Coyote Pass ownership details
Fair warning: I’m a bit of a numbers geek. I couldn’t make sense of the division of value of the coyote pass lots, so I went to the county assessor’s site (https://eagleassessor.coconino.az.gov:8443/recorder/eagleweb/docSearch.jsp) and compiled the information. Anyone can search and view the property information and associated documents, but it’s easy to get sucked down the rabbit hole with the sheer number of deed transfers and remortgaging that has gone on. In any event, the chart shows what I have come up with, based on the tax appraisals. Obviously, the actual values can’t be known unless the properties go on the market, but I think this gives us a good approximation of how the property is divided. Seems like all of the value of Christine’s property went to Kody and Robyn, and they also skimmed an extra 10% off of Meri’s share. Grifters to the end.
