What's with the Indian hate here?

Keen to just understand why this sub has so much hate for Indians in Singapore.

From what I can tell, there is resentment based on the fact that Indian expats take local white collar jobs. Then there is the view that Indians are smelly, unhygenic etc.? Have you personally been wronged by an Indian that led to this hate, are you following what the media shows you, etc.? I'm keen to know.

I don't want to engage in a debate ('cos that's pointless and you will not change your opinion), I'm just curious to understand the psyche behind the hate.
