$SOBR will on tuesday have a crazy run

Have 7.7mill volumen just on friday 5x them the last 10 days

Arround 61% shorted, 96.86% borrow fee and still didnt have a mad run just reach 1.12$ .

With so hight volumen, so much of the stock shorted, how come didnt have a bigger run??
