Is expedited shipping really expedited?

Hey y’all,

I ordered a large bulk of clothing for an upcoming trip on February 10th. My flight leaves at 7:50 pm ish on Feb 19th. Some of my clothes are in the United States distribution and some are still in China being shipped out. Do you think i’ll receive all my items before the 19th?????
