What to transmute?

Had 3 transmutation scrolls. I was originally planning on transmuting the +3 ring till I got something good, but then I did with 1 left over

Thinking armband transmute could be good, just wish I hadn’t found the chalice yet.

Either that or turn my transmute into recycle and get a bunch of good alchemy pots for yog.
