What is renewal fee? First time tenant
Guys, asking for a friend, she will be first time tenant, in Sharjah and I can see point 2-8 looks normal except point one - renewal fee. I been living in Sharjah for 5 years and first time I see this. How to tell them to remove this renewal fee. Thank you guys
