How come people always warn against toys without flared bases getting stuck can people not just push it out?

I am trying to find info for egg vibrators for men and all i see is dont put it in the ass its not for anal bla bla bla why not just push it out?

Ive put a bunch of stuff in there and never had a problem pushing it out i dont understand do people often lose stuff there?

Unless its like a nintendo switch how is it getting stuck
