Tomorrow is my first Valentine’s Day shift, what should I expect?
For context, I serve at a place known for endless soup, salad, and breadsticks. I’m opening for the lunch shift, which I usually despise but I figured I would avoid teenage couples by working lunch. Not working a double, my managers aren’t allowing doubles.
I know Virgins Awareness Day is usually a complete shitshow but is it worth the money? Do I have a good chance of making at least $100? Are there different types of people who come in for Valentines that I need to look out for? Do people prefer to be left alone for the most part? Any general tips I could use?
Any and all advice is appreciated ❤️
