Symptoms?

Third day on semaglutide and I feel nauseas after I eat I have noticed I’ve been eating less but I’ve also noticed I’m more fatigued I usually go to the gym after work and walk for 30 minutes but I haven’t had the energy to go. Has anyone else felt these symptoms? Thank you
