Food suppression stoped??

So I am on my second shot of .5. A month and a half in and at first i didn’t want to eat. I wasn’t even really hungry. I liked that because I was eating less. If I tried to eat more I’d get sick. But it’s like the suppression stoped. I’m getting hungry more and more. And don’t feel as full. So I’m gaining some weight back. Is that happening to anyone else? Any thoughts? Will it come back!
