Help

I’m in so much pain. 27 female. About 2 months ago I got horrible pain deep in my butt area and low back on left side. My mom has sciatica and said it was that. It went away on its own. Now it’s back and I’m legit in so much pain. Just on my left side lower above butt/low back and down left leg. I can barely sit down and I can’t bend down at all. I’m a therapist and I sit all day. Lying down in bed is barely relief either. What do I do? My dr ordered an x ray but I don’t even think I can get myself to the office 😭😭😭
