France Schengen Visa, wrong passport expiry entered, what now?

I managed to get appointment for 13th of January in London for French Schengen Visa.

Already had Schengen Visa in late 2023 to early 2024 but was sponsored, now trying to apply myself.

Put in a wrong passport expiry date, the form is already submitted online, how do I fix this issue?

The entire form is French for some reason, when I applied for Spanish schengen visa before it was in English, is this normal?
