should i cancel test score

my best right now is a 1490 and i am NOT getting that but I am curious to see what I got, should I cancel my score or keep it? since i know some colleges require you to send all scores

why do they do that by the way? does it really matter if you got a 1200 or 1300 as long as you get a 1400 or 1500 on one
