Chile Verde Recs

My dad is visiting from out of town, and we were chatting about how he missed El Burro in the Pruneyard, particularly their chile verde dish.

I wanted to ask if any of you all had recs for a restaurant we can visit to fill his craving. I have my preferences and places I might take him, but wondered if you all had suggestions?

• Preferably a sit down restaurant setting.
• Bonus if they have a full bar!
• I also know he’s a big fan of family style atmosphere and not the upscale / modernized / transformed cuisine you might find in places like Santana Row.
