An untapped South Bay opportunity?
Was chatting with some friends recently and we all agreed that SJ (or the South Bay in general) is lacking an outdoor craft beer garden and bottle shop. Ex/ Beer Thirty in Soquel or The Junction in Mill Valley. Ideally an indoor/outdoor large space that allows families, kids, dogs that serves up some good food and has a wide collection of beers from the outstanding breweries across Northern California. A place to hang after a day hiking, bike riding, etc. Kids can play around in a friendly environment while the parents hang and socialize.
Yes, I realize real estate is expensive around here, but feels like an untapped opportunity in this market. Could certainly see Los Gatos being a great spot for this (sorta like Loma Brewing, but bigger). If I had the funds I'd explore this venture myself, but perhaps someone else can take this idea and run with it!
