traumatizing customer story

one time i had a customer come in and ask for some new strengthening shampoo. we got to chatting a little more as i recommended products and she got onto the topic of her husband. she said it was actually HIS idea for her to get new shampoo because “not to get into the details but there’s a lot of hair pulling.” EXCUSE ME????????? please get a journal!!!!
