Guesses on which artists will play here in the next few months?

A few artists (Shaky Graves, Lane 8) have announced Sac shows on upcoming tours at a TBA Venue, which I’m assuming is going to Channel 24. I’m really excited for it to open! Has anybody seen other announcements for a TBA Venue here in Sac?
