Taiwanese Breakfast in Sacramento??

We are visiting the Sacramento area for Thanksgiving and my husband and I really want some Taiwanese breakfast. I've been on a Google maps dive and can't find any good places. We are staying in Yuba and willing to drive! Any recommendations? Looking for you tiao, dan bing, soup dumplings, etc.
