CCA holiday practise about to make me crash out

So I’m in secondary sch concert band CCA and idk if it’s the norm for other bands in other schs but my CCA has thoughtfully given us seven CCA sessions in the span of three weeks, each lasting six hours, yes SIX.

And there was an instance where I had just arrived from overseas and landed at night, and the following morning I had to go for a six-hour CCA session, whilst being sick too. And then on the Saturday of that week I had an open house performance.

Since im in the CCA EXCO, I understand if the teachers have higher expectations of me to turn up regularly but when I told them clearly I had family matters and could only attend half day for a few of the sessions, yes I still took the effort to attend half day, even after informing them a few days in advance, they still responded negatively and were very unreasonable.

I just wished SYF never existed 😔, such a pain in the ass

And for those not in the CCA, basically we have to blow our lungs out whilst getting screamed at for 2-3 hours per session
