external way to remove mobile guardian

okay so our mobile guardians were supposed to shut down on 17th november but the management profile is STILL THERE so even if the app is gone the restrictiond are all implemented

i tried to call the ICT but for one they dont have a number, the ICT is literally made up of two people, theyre not in school until next year and when i tried to call the principal to ask SHE JUST SAID NO REPLY AND HUNG UP ON ME

so is there a way to disable the management profile without contacting my school? or do i have to wait until next year JUST so the shitty ICT team can go back into school
