where shld I study during the weekends

my house is very noisy as I have 3 young siblings, and I share a room with my 8yo sister who is on Roblox 24/7 so she likes to lock herself in the room and is generally very distracting, so I can't really study in my room unless she is out of the house or smth.

my mother does not let me study in the library for more than a few hours cos she thinks I'm gnna get assaulted or smth (?????)
