Programming service?

I bought myself a couple handhelds (Odin2 and Anberic556) to play retro games on... I some success building a Pi console last year, but I just don't have the patience and time to develop this skill, I just want to play... I thought these devices would run "out of the box"... Does anyone offer a service to build them out, for someone like me?
