Advice on purchasing

I found this local s2k, but want to hear if having the engine rebuilt with all these components would help with the longevity? I know these cars can last for several hundred thousands of miles if taken care of, but is 167,000 just too many to start with? I wfh so I really only drive on the weekends and average about 6-7k miles a year.
