What do I do it just keeps dropping?

Hi,

To start off, I am not an expert in this sort of thing, so please explain answer in layman's terms.

I currently have SPLG and SWPPX in my IRA Roth and every day I go on it seems to losse more and more money. What do I do? If the stocks aren't doing well, do I sell it? How do I save my money I invested?
