Tesla Solar and Roseville County

Hi all - ordered Tesla solar since August of last year and still waiting. It got pass the Roseville utility approval but been waiting a while for Roseville city approval.

Even though I declared to pay extra for in-garage installation, I just got a revised design to have PW3s outside again after about 10 comments from the Roseville city.

Has anybody else experienced where you couldn't install in-garage? Been waiting forever now and scheduled a call again as this is the latest event.
