Pirate smut involving a banana

I’m looking for a spicy pirate book I read at least 15 years ago. One scene that stood out to me was where a banana was involved and at some point was being eaten by the pirate while also being used on his female companion. To make things harder, I read this book in German and don’t even know if it was originally in English or translated into English… help!
