Feeling like I've hit a wall

I haven't been skating in just over a week because of weather ( fuck British weather) and being busy in general. I went to my usual spot and I thought I would be able to do everything that I have been doing the exact same, as it's only been a week. But I got really in my head about it and wasn't able to do anything in fear of failing or even falling. This has never happened to me before, I've had plenty of falls and even some bad ones, so I don't know where this has come from. Or how I even begin to get over it. I don't think it helps that I feel like I haven't really been progressing much as I've been stuck on skating backwards and transitions for a while.
